LVFH AND POKERTEK JOIN FORCES TO OFFER MOBILE GAMES

In an attempt to capitalise on the rapidly-growing mobile gaming industry, two companies are joining forces, allowing them to offer their player two brand new mobile games.  Las Vegas fromHome.com Entertainment (LVFH), who provides mobile casino software, will be working in conjunction with PokerTek to develop a number of new HTML5 poker and casino games.  LVFH will offer its HTML5 mobile platform to PokerTek, which is one of the top table games suppliers in the world, working with cruise ships and land-based casinos around the globe.

CASINO GAMES

The mobile platform supports desktop and mobile blackjack games, poker, and various other casino games.  Players can access them from the luxury of their own home or even on the move (via their smartphones or tablet computers).  With this new agreement all done and dusted, both companies will benefit substantially from the deal as it will put them in a stronger position to enter the growing mobile casino market.

GROWTH OF MOBILE

The president of LVFH, Jake H Kalpakian, commented saying: “Due to the increasing prevalence of mobile devices and the ‘mobile evolution’ in the gaming industry, LVFH has been increasing its focus on mobile games over the last several years and already has many of its casino and poker products available on iOS and Android devices.”

PokerTek’s president James Crawford also spoke out about the deal: “Our customers are demanding mobile gaming as part of their electronic gaming strategies, and we are pleased to add LVFH’s leading mobile gaming technology to our suite of products”.

The new platform will support HTML5 games and will offer gamblers a whole range of options as their games can be accessed for near enough all devices (PC, Mac, iOS or Android).  The best thing about the platform is that it can be accessed instantly; you don’t even need to download an app!
