This policy covers what casinojuggler.com records about its readers, the reasons for it and the choices UK data protection law gives you.

Who is responsible

Personal data handled through casinojuggler.com is controlled by Sundrift Media Group N.V., Kaya Flamboyan 9, Willemstad, Curaçao. Write to [email protected] with any question about your data or to exercise your rights.

What is recorded when you visit

Like any website, ours is delivered by a web server that keeps technical logs: the IP address, which page was asked for and when, the browser and operating system, and the referring page. We rely on these logs for security and troubleshooting, and they are not combined with other data to identify you.

Cookies

Every page sets two cookies on our own domain: mz_vid holds a randomly generated visitor number and lasts a year; mz_src notes in one word where your visit came from and lasts thirty days. A click on a /go/ button adds mozbiz_session and XSRF-TOKEN, both gone after roughly twenty hours. We use them to count visits and clicks on operator links; they are not used for advertising. There is no Google Analytics, advertising pixel or social-media tracker on the site. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.

Forms and email

The newsletter sign-up on the home page and the feedback form on the contact page are run by the form service fortunida.com. What you enter — an email address, and in the feedback form a message and, if you choose, a name — is sent to that service so that we can answer you or send the newsletter. If you email us directly, we keep the correspondence for as long as we need it to deal with your message.

Why we use the data

Server logs and cookies are processed on the basis of our legitimate interests in running a secure site and in knowing which pages and links are used (Article 6(1)(f) UK GDPR). The newsletter relies on your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time through the link in each issue.

Who else receives it

Our hosting provider and the form service process data for us under our instructions. When you click through to an operator, it can see that the visit started here; anything it records from then on falls under the operator’s privacy notice. Personal data is never sold, and nothing you send us is handed to a gambling operator. Where data is handled outside the United Kingdom, we rely on the safeguards that UK data protection law requires.

Your rights

You may ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, a restriction of processing or a copy in a portable format, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

More detail and changes

A longer technical description is in our Data Protection notice. This policy is revised whenever the site changes, and the date under the title marks the version in force.

Licences are read off the Gambling Commission public register; bonus terms, payment lists and withdrawal rules come from the operator’s own pages. We do not hold accounts with the operators we write about, so nothing here is presented as a personal play session. Updated .
